Who we are
This website is operated by TOPDANBAZ, a sourcing and procurement partner in China. The full legal name and registered address of the company will be published here after confirmation. For privacy questions, use the contact form on this site.
What data we collect
When you send a product request or a message, we receive the information you enter:
- your name and phone or WhatsApp number, or email;
- company name and city or country, if you provide them;
- product photos, links, descriptions, quantities and other details you add.
We do not create user accounts and do not process payments on this website.
Why we use it
We use this data only to review your request, contact you about it and prepare the sourcing work you ask for. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and your consent given in the form.
Where the data goes
Requests are delivered to our team through a secure messaging channel (Telegram). We share request details with suppliers or logistics partners only when this is needed to work on your request, and share your contact data only when it is required.
How long we keep it
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and any order that follows, and then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on your country, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
