We negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, packaging and payment terms.

Sample (if needed)
For new products, a sample helps confirm the quality before the bulk order.
Who does what: We request and coordinate the sample; you approve it.

Order
The order is placed with the agreed supplier on the agreed terms.
Who does what: You confirm the order; we follow up with the supplier.

Quality check
Finished goods are checked against the agreed specifications.

Packaging check
Packaging and labelling are checked before the goods leave the supplier.

Goods are collected, consolidated if needed and handed to the logistics partner.

Documents from the Chinese side are prepared for customs clearance.
